Osama Bin Hiding is a playful coming-of-age story about two best
friends spending their last summer together.
When Matt and Aditya’s drone is knocked from the sky by their new neighbour,
the young boys jump to the most [un]likely conclusion –
that Osama Bin Laden is not dead, and is in fact living secretly
on their street.
Set in a sleepy Yorkshire town, Osama Bin Hiding embraces the cinematic
traditions of British Independent Cinema, talking social realist troupes
and stirring them up with a sleek shooting style that echoes kids caper
films such as Stand by Me, The Goonies and more recently Stranger Things.
